Eligibility Criteria
The following are the requirements for applying to the Atlantic Dialogue Emerging Leaders Program 2022:
- Participants must be twenty-five to thirty-five years old.
- Applicants must be citizens of Africa, North America, South America, Central America, Europe, or the Caribbean.
- Citizens of countries bordering the Atlantic Basin may be given preference.
- Participants who are not nationals of the listed countries at the time of application are also eligible to apply.
- English language proficiency is required.
- Personal statements and brief videos must be written in English.
- Participants must commit to staying for the duration of the program, which is six days.

How to Apply
The application process for Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders Program 2022 is online. Participants must record a one-minute YouTube video and send it to the given link. YouTube recording must cover the following areas:
