This Fully Funded US Fellowship program is for experienced job holders and professionals who are willing to strengthen and improve their leadership qualities and skills. This Humphrey fellowship provides the opportunity to do so through a mutual exchange of skills and knowledge and understanding about common concerns and issues in the U.S. and Fellows’ home countries. The Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program is a Ten months Fellowship program that is also a non-degree academic study program. It is related to professional experiences in the United States. The applicants for the Humphrey Fellows are selected based on their potential for leadership and their commitment to public service in either the public or the private sector. The fellowship programs in the USA for international students are the best opportunity to have a professional experience in the USA for free.
Applicants must have an undergraduate degree, a minimum of five years of substantial, full-time, professional experience, limited or no prior experience in the United States, demonstrated leadership qualities, public service record in the community, and also strong English skills.
