Scholarship Benefits
MEDIT / ACI PhD Scholarships 2022 at Ibn Haldun University in Turkey will cover the majority of the costs of studying in Turkey for free.
- For the academic year 2022-2023, a full-time student in the four-year Civilization Studies PhD program will pay $12,000 USD for tuition fees.
- All students are admitted into the tuition price with varying funding options.
- Remission of tuition expenses, as well as a post as a Research Assistant and/or Teaching Assistant, will be granted to successful applicants. Students who achieve the highest levels of academic achievement and language proficiency will be paid a monthly stipend of 3500-4200 TL.
- Ph.D. scholarships cover the cost of Turkish and Arabic language preparation (up to one academic year) as well as the cost of a four-year doctorate program.
- The duration of a scholarship is nine months every year. They do not include the summer months.
- The Summer Scholarship will be available to married students and/or PhD candidates who have passed their comprehensive exams.
- They will be paid a stipend for a total of 12 months each year. Annual renewal is required for both scholarships and assistantships.
