Applications are open for the Rotary Peace Scholarship Program 2023 announced by the Rotary Peace Fellowship. Participants will be able to study in any of the Rotary Partner Countries. They give over 130 international scholarships each year. The Rotary Peace Scholarships are Fully Funded scholarships for international students interested in pursuing a full-time master’s fellowship Program or certificate program at one of the world’s top universities.
All expenses will be covered by the scholarship. Rotary Peace has awarded over 1,500 fellowships till now. A total of 50 Master’s Scholarships and 80 Certificate Degree Scholarships are available. There are no nationality restrictions. Rotary Peace Scholarships are open to students from all across the world. You will complete your studies at a Rotary Peace Fellowships Partner University (USA, Japan, UK, Australia, Sweden, Thailand, and Uganda). To apply for this scholarship, there is no application fee. Eligibility Criteria
For Masters Degree
- Be Proficient in English
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree
- Potential for Leadership
- Have a strong dedication to peace and cross-cultural understanding, as evidenced by professional and academic achievements, as well as personal or community service.
- Applicants must have at least three years of full-time peace or development work experience.
- If you are a current Rotary member, employee of a Rotary chapter, Rotary International, or any Rotary body, you are not eligible.
For Certificate Program

- Demonstrate leadership skills
- Have a strong dedication to peace and cross-cultural understanding, as evidenced by professional and academic achievements, as well as personal or community service.
- Explain how their proposal to create peace is in line with Rotary’s goal.
- Candidates for Makerere University must be either from the region or actively employed there.
