- Applicants from countries other than Taiwan, China, and Hong Kong may apply for the TIGP Award.
- To apply for a Master’s degree, a candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree certificate.
- To apply for a PhD program, you must have a master’s degree certificate.
- Applicants with only a Bachelor’s degree are usually accepted into the Master’s program and subsequently progressed to the Ph.D. program after completing the Master’s courses.
