Eligibility Criteria

- To apply for a Ph.D. scholarship, you must have a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree.

To apply for University Brunei Darussalam Scholarships 2023, The application is completed entirely online. To begin a new application for the UBD Graduate Scholarship 2023, select the graduate degree option. If you have already begun an application and are returning, enter your email address and application code.
Failure to complete the online application or submitting it late will result in rejection; the saved application will not be processed after the deadline/due date. For the graduate program, the application date is July 31, 2022.
