How Students can get admission to Germany without IELTS?

The German government has given universities the freedom to determine whether students enrolling in various degree programmes need to take the IELTS or TOEFL tests. Universities have now determined which majors require English proficiency. As a result, the majority of colleges no longer require the English Language Test for admission to their degree programmes.

Students can enrol in these universities without taking the IELTS exam in view of these rulings. Universities that give entry without IELTS require you to submit a Medium of Instruction (MOI) or English Proficiency certificate prior to admission. This document, issued by the student’s former institution, attests that English was used as the language of instruction for their degree.

What is a Medium of Instruction Certificate (MOI)?

A certificate stating that English was your primary language of instruction throughout your entire degree can be obtained from your prior educational institution or university and is known as a Medium of Instruction, or MOI. The MOI is accepted at the majority of German colleges and demonstrates your level of English proficiency.

The English Proficiency Diploma is another name for it. You can gain admission by submitting this to German colleges and you can Study in Germany without IELTS.

Get a Confirmation letter from German University:

Ask the German university to send you a confirmation letter stating that your MOI can be used in lieu of the IELTS test. Therefore, obtaining a student visa for Germany should not present any issues in the future.
