Please note that The University will not be offering the International Excellence Scholarship to students who are commencing their studies online in 2020. All new international students who want to start their studies online in 2020 will automatically be given a 20% discount on their tuition fees in 2020 and once the borders open for face to face study they will receive travel grants.

Students who are already studying in university can also apply for the University of Waikato International Excellence Scholarship, as well as for face-to-face study in 2021.
